AJ is a Civil Engineer at the Bureau of Reclamation. She earned her B.S. and M.S. from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2019. During her time at CU Boulder, she was involved in Engineers Without Borders – Nepal, which sparked her interest in non-profit work. AJ was born in rural Nepal, so she has always had an interest in helping young Nepali girls further their education and promoting women empowerment.
